BLACK & BLUE QUESADILLA                          $10.95           Blackened steak stuffed inside a flour tortilla with sautéed red onions, poblanos, melted mozzarella and bleu cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole. Entrees  ENCHILADAS FLORENTINA                       $15.95           Spinach, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes stuffed in flour tortillas with a creamy Parmesan cheese sauce and topped with Ranchera sauce and melted cheese.
